An open-faced impulse fridge, suitable for high volume sales of food and drinks in retail and hospitality environments. With up to 156 × 330 ml cans and 132 × 600 ml bottles and a wide viewing angle, the OD400N will optimise sales in retail environments such as convenience stores, service stations, liquor stores and supermarkets. With 3M1 certification it is also food-safe, making it ideal for cafés, hotels, canteens, and communal dining. Each shelf is lit, dimmable, and can take gravity matting. The top two shelves are height-adjustable, and able to be set flat or angled. The bottom shelf is fixed. The sign, the kick panel, and cabinet sides can be used for custom branding or promotions. The fridge uses R290 natural refrigerant for low energy consumption, low heat discharge and low noise output. It is supplied as standard with a night blind and energy saving mode. An optional security grille is available. The bottom-mounted refrigeration cartridge can be easily removed from the front, in line with best practice for safe servicing of natural refrigerants, and the condenser filters can be accessed without tools. The fridge includes a controller that connects to the free SKOPE-connect app to enable the user to set up temperatures, lighting timing and alerts. It also monitors actual energy consumption and temperature history which can be exported for HACCP reporting. The app also reads data from the in-built reach-in (PIR) sensor which records customer usage. The OD400N is certified to all Australian and New Zealand refrigeration and electrical safety standards.
